For some users Truv Bridge didn't load and showed the spinner continuously. This behavior was due to a new code deployed to production at 10:30 AM EST. Engineering team started receiving alerts and resolved the issue at 12:30 PM EST. The root cause was identified as an empty variable coming from the A/B testing service, which was not processed correctly.
