We wanted to inform you that one of our banking integration partners will be performing scheduled maintenance and testing on their infrastructure. This maintenance is part of their ongoing efforts to ensure platform stability, resilience, and reliability.
What to Expect:
- Brief service interruption lasting approximately 15 minutes during the maintenance window. - Banking integrations for select financial institutions will be temporarily unavailable. - Our team will be closely monitoring the situation throughout the maintenance period. - Normal service will resume automatically once testing is complete.
User Impact: While banking integrations for some institutions will be affected, the actual disruption is expected to last only 15 minutes within the 4-hour maintenance window.
